Online Texas Based Therapist Specializing in IFS Therapy and Relationships

Here to honor the courage it takes to be vulnerable

I believe that you should come as you are.

“I don’t know how to function in relationships.”
“I’m scared of being vulnerable.”
“I don’t want to talk about my emotions.”

If any of those thoughts sound familiar, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to keep figuring it out on your own. I work with teens and adults who often use sarcasm or humor as a shield, who struggle to open up, and who feel stuck in patterns that don’t serve them, especially in relationships.

I’m Marysa Luis, a therapist for relationships and emotional growth, and I offer online therapy for teens and adults across Texas. I specialize in working with clients navigating relationship challenges, low self-confidence, ADHD, emotion regulation issues, trauma, and the lasting impact of growing up with emotionally immature parents.

My style is laid-back, collaborative, and completely centered around you. I use a mix of IFS therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches to help you connect with the parts of yourself that are trying to protect you, even the sarcastic ones. Together, we’ll work toward building healthier relationships, developing emotional clarity, and understanding the “why” behind your reactions and patterns.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel like a chore or like you need to be someone you’re not. You can bring your full, sarcastic, skeptical, or uncertain self to our sessions, and we’ll go from there.
