The And Way is hiring fully licensed therapists in Texas and Florida for online therapy services.

LMSW, BSW & MSW Jobs in Texas

Join The And Way Therapy Team

The And Way Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for LMSW’s clinicians in Texas and fully licensed clinicians in Florida who want to do meaningful clinical work within a supportive group practice setting.

We are especially interested in therapists who are licensed and living in Florida and available to provide fully online therapy. We are also open to therapists who are LMSWs needing supervision in Texas and live in or near Austin.

A strong fit is someone who is willing to take insurance (billing handled fully by our team), values clinical collaboration, and wants the support of a team while continuing to do the therapy work they love.

If you are a therapist looking for a practice where your work is valued, your clinical voice matters, and your growth is supported, we’d love to hear from you.

Why Work With The And Way Therapy?

Meaningful Work

The And Way Therapy is guided by The And Way approach: making room for complexity, compassion, boundaries, and honest connection. We are not looking for clinicians who fit into one narrow mold. We are looking for therapists who can hold nuance, work thoughtfully, and support clients with care.

Supported Case Load

We want clinicians to feel supported, not swallowed by unnecessary systems. Our goal is to provide structure, communication, and practice support while also respecting your clinical judgment and professional independence.

Sustainable Growth

One of the benefits of joining a group practice is that you do not have to carry every part of the work alone. Our team handles much of the admin and billing side of the practice so you can come in, do the clinical work you love, document your sessions, participate in consultation and collaboration, and then rest.

Our clinicians receive support through referrals, consultation, growth opportunities,
free CEUs, and the community of a thoughtful and collaborative team.

Current Opportunities

1. LMSW Clinician, Texas (W-2, Supervision Included)

We are hiring LMSW clinicians in Texas for W-2 employment, with board-approved supervision toward LCSW provided in-house at no cost. This is the fastest, most direct path to LCSW we offer: you see clients, you get supervised by an LCSW-S, and you are not paying out of pocket for it anywhere else.

Extra consideration for clinicians based in Austin who can offer in-person sessions in addition to virtual care.

  • Treating OCD, anxiety, and trauma using ERP, I-CBT, and ACT

  • Full training in our specialty modalities provided, no prior OCD experience required

  • Compensation increase built into your offer at LCSW licensure

2. Licensed Clinician, Florida (1099, Fully Remote)

We are hiring fully licensed clinicians in Florida (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) for fully remote, 1099 contract work. Registered Clinical Social Work Interns are also welcome. Kelsey is a Florida Qualified Supervisor under Chapter 491, so RCSWI supervision toward LCSW is included at no cost.

  • Treating OCD, anxiety, trauma, and misophonia using ERP, I-CBT, and ACT

  • Set your own schedule and caseload

  • Consultation provided, credentialing and billing support included

3. Community Outreach Coordinator (Texas, Part-Time, W-2)

A paid, part-time role built for current BSW and MSW students, or students in an affiliated behavioral health program, who want real experience inside a specialty practice before graduation. 5 to 10 hours a week, $15 to $20 an hour depending on experience, remote within Texas.

This is not a clinical position and not a field placement. It will not count toward your practicum or licensure hours. What it gives you instead: a working relationship with practicing OCD and trauma clinicians, hands-on experience running continuing education programs, and a real answer when a future employer asks what you did before you graduated.

  • Build referral relationships with pediatricians, PCPs, OB/GYNs, school counselors, and psychiatry offices

  • Help run our live ASWB ACE-approved CEU trainings for therapists

  • Support community education events and provider outreach

  • Free CEU access, mentorship with a licensed clinician, and 401(k) plan access

  • Set your own hours around two 30-minute weekly team meetings

Apply through our Community Outreach Coordinator application form.

What We’re Looking For

A strong fit for The And Way Therapy is someone who is warm, ethical, self-aware, and collaborative.

We are looking for clinicians who:

  • Are LMSW’s in Texas or licensed clinicians in Florida

  • Are willing to accept insurance (billing support provided by our team)

  • Specialize in OCD, trauma, anxiety, EMDR-IFS, ERP, ACT, or I-CBT

  • Alignment with The And Way Therapy’s clinical values of accessibility, inclusivity and evidence-based treatment

  • Care deeply about the therapeutic relationship

  • Communicate clearly and professionally

  • Follow through on timely documentation and client care responsibilities

  • Are open to consultation, collaboration, and ongoing learning

  • Want to be part of a practice that values both clinical excellence and humanity

If you are a current BSW or MSW student looking for meaningful part-time work that prepares you for practice after graduation, our Community Outreach Coordinator role above was built with you in mind.

Meet The And Way Therapy Group Practice Owner

Hi, I’m Kelsey Blahnik, LCSW-S, founder and group practice owner of The And Way Therapy.

I started this practice because I wanted to provide accessible, high-quality care. I created a place where both clients and clinicians can bring their full humanity into the room. Therapy is complex work. It asks us to hold pain and possibility, boundaries and compassion, clinical skill and real human connection. Our mission is to increase psychological flexibility through skill and relationship building.

As The And Way Therapy grows, I’m looking for clinicians who are skilled and intentional. Therapists who can sit with nuance. Therapists who want to keep learning, stay grounded, and do meaningful work without losing themselves in the process.

My hope is to build a team where clinicians feel supported, trusted, and connected to a larger vision of care. If you are looking for a practice where you are a part of something bigger, I hope to hear from you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I apply to join The And Way Therapy?

If you are interested in joining The And Way Therapy as a clinician, please complete this form.

If you are interested in our non-clinical outreach coordinator role, please complete this form.

Do you have part-time jobs for social work students?

Yes. Our Community Outreach Coordinator role is a paid, part-time, non-clinical position built for current BSW and MSW students who want practice-based experience while still in school. It does not count toward field placement or licensure hours, and it can be held alongside an existing placement.

Is supervision included for LMSWs?

Yes. LMSW clinicians hired in Texas receive board-approved supervision toward LCSW in-house at no cost. In Florida, Registered Clinical Social Work Interns receive supervision toward LCSW under our Qualified Supervisor at no cost as well.

Do you hire provisionally licensed therapists?

The And Way Therapy is open to considering provisionally licensed therapists who are aligned with the practice’s values and clinical approach. Applicants should include their current license type, supervision status, and availability when reaching out.

Can therapists provide online therapy only?

No. We also have in-person office options in Austin. Fully online therapy is currently a priority for The And Way Therapy. We are especially interested in LMSW’s interested in working in-person in Southwest Austin or in hiring fully licensed Florida therapists who live in Florida and can provide online therapy to clients in Florida.

Do therapists need to be located in Austin?

No. The And Way Therapy is currently prioritizing fully online clinicians licensed in Florida, especially therapists who live in Florida. We are also open to fully virtual therapists who live in or near Austin and are licensed in Texas.

Do therapists need to specialize in trauma?

A trauma-informed approach is important, but therapists do not necessarily need to specialize only in trauma. Clinicians with experience in OCD, anxiety, IFS, misophonia, relationships/couples, or other aligned specialties may also be a good fit and we can provide consultation and training to become more specialized.

What kind of therapists are a good fit for The And Way Therapy?

A strong fit is an LMSW in Texas or a fully licensed therapist in Texas and/or Florida who is willing to work with insurance and wants to be part of a collaborative group practice. We are especially interested in clinicians who specialize in OCD, trauma, anxiety, EMDR, ERP, IFS, or other evidence-based approaches that support clients with complex symptoms and life experiences.

As our practice grows, we are also looking for clinicians who can help us expand access to high-quality OCD and trauma therapy in the Austin and Dripping Springs area, as well as through online therapy in Texas and Florida.

The right fit is someone who values the therapeutic relationship, communicates clearly, follows through on client care responsibilities, and wants to be part of a practice known for thoughtful, grounded, accessible and specialized care.
