In-person & Online Therapist Specializing in Trauma, Anxiety, Attachment, and Life Transitions

Here to help you feel more connected to yourself and the people you love

I believe healing begins when you feel seen, supported, and able to move at your own pace.

Maybe you feel stuck in old patterns. Maybe anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance use, or relationship struggles have made it hard to feel like yourself. Or maybe you are moving through a life transition and want support as you figure out what comes next.

I’m Gogi Hale, an LPC Associate offering therapy in Dripping Springs and online therapy across Texas. I work with adults and couples who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction, attachment wounds, self-esteem struggles, relationship concerns, and major life changes.

My approach is calm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can slow down, be honest about what is happening, and begin to understand the patterns that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others. Together, we’ll look at what has helped you survive, what may now be keeping you stuck, and what practical steps can help you move toward the life and relationships you want.

Therapy with me is not about rushing you or forcing you to go somewhere you are not ready to go. We’ll work together to create goals that feel meaningful and realistic, using a pace that honors your story, your needs, and your readiness for change.

I draw from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, attachment theory, mentalization-based therapy, narrative therapy, and emotional resilience work. My style is flexible, which means we’ll use the approaches that best support you rather than forcing therapy into a one-size-fits-all model.

Whether you are beginning therapy for the first time or returning because something still feels unresolved, you do not have to figure it out alone.
