Hello! I'm Kelsey, the Executive Director at The And Way Therapy Group. I’m a clinician and advocate passionate about bridging divides and fostering peace in today’s politically charged world. With extensive experience in behavioral health, I’ve worked with diverse populations, including individuals facing substance abuse issues, unhoused individuals, and veterans. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand how division can affect communities, and I’m dedicated to equipping mental health professionals with the tools to navigate these complex emotional and political landscapes with empathy and psychological flexibility.
As a licensed clinical supervisor, I meet the Texas BHEC 50% Rule and the ASWB ACE provider requirements, ensuring that my expertise is in line with the highest industry standards. I’m also a co-host of Love Anyway, a peace-making initiative that creates space for reconciliation and community resilience through monthly gatherings.
